Oxford has introduced new health insurance plans for small groups containing between 2 and 50 members. With the introduction of the new plan, Oxford is giving clients the opportunity to save money and make healthcare more affordable. The newly designed Non-Gated HMO is geared to offer more of the products and services you want and need at lower premiums!
The new lower priced Non-Gated HMO Plans feature:
- New cost-share options built on some of our most popular HMO plan designs
- Split co-pays: $15/30 and $30/50
- No deductible and coinsurance – 100% coverage in network
- Access to Freedom Network and Liberty Network
- Both inpatient and ambulatory surgery co-pays
New Plan Options:
- Office Visit co-pays:
- 15/30

- In-network coinsurance:
- 100%
- Hospital inpatient co-pay:
- $150 per admit
- $300 per day (5 day max)
- Ambulatory co-pay

Add a $100 pharmacy deductible and save more! The expanded pharmacy options include $100 deductible pharmacy riders. These plans also include access to mail order, which allows for a 90-day supply of most maintenance medications at two co-payments.
