    For the employed but uninsured, this is a good solution. However, blowing up your group plan is “cuckoo.” Why? Because 20% does not qualify for individual insurance. What would you do with them? Also, an individual plan might not cover as much as a group plan, and therefore it is not always the best option.

    Everyone should have coverage but its better to insure 80% of your employee's vs. none if the costs become too high. At Health Plan One, the sales reps can help less health people find plans. Without the help of a sales rep, it's easy to apply to the wrong plan and get declined.
